FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
| St. Johns Panel Systems warrants that if any of its Centre-Pointe series desks or desk components are found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, St. Johns Panel Systems will repair or replace (at its option) the items as originally supplied for FIVE YEARS from the original order date. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and written notification must be sent within 30 days of observing defect. Any damage due to mistreatment or neglect is not covered by this warranty. Under no circumstances will St. Johns Panel Systems warranty exceed the price of the defective goods. Slight variances in wood stains and laminate colors are not covered in this warranty. |  |
