Environment Design Panels
FEATURES

Panels

The Environment Design Series Panels are fully tackable and available in three heights (42", 60" and 66") with widths in 6" increments from 24" to 72". There are three options available: fabric without raceway, fabric with raceway and fabric with electrified raceway. All three options can be used in conjunction with each other and are available with oak or maple trim. Full vision and partial vision are available in all three options with clear or bronze plexiglass.

Panel Hardware

Panel end caps are used to conceal hardware at the end of all panel runs and straight-line dual height connections. Add 3/4" to panel run dimensions for each end cap, except when used for dual height connections. Connector posts are used when attaching two or more panels in different directions. Add 2" to panel run dimensions for each connector post. Straight-line connections are panel-to-panel and require 180-degree panel clips. All panel installations require the leveling of panels using glides supplied at the bottom of each panel. Support feet are available for non-raceway panels and are available in black finish only. Wall brackets are used when attaching panels to existing walls and are available in grey, black and tan finishes.

Fabrics

Panels are priced with Grade I and Grade II fabrics. C.O.M. (Customer's Own Materials) fabrics will be considered but must be approved by a factory representative. In most cases, C.O.M. fabrics are priced as Grade I.

Raceway

Raceway is attached to panel bottom and consists of aluminum footings with detachable black or fabric wrapped covers. Raceway comes standard with two knockouts and knockout cover plates on one side of each panel, except 24" wide panels, which has only one on one side. Raceway capacity is large enough to accommodate five 25-pair cables along with electrical harness.

Electrical Components

Electrical harness is an 8-wire/4-circuit 120 VAC system rated at 20 amps. Receptacles are rated at 15 amps. Standard circuitry is 3 utilities and 1 dedicated. Capacity up to 13 receptacles per circuit and 52 receptacles per three-phase in-feed. An electrical pass-through is used in place of an electrical harness when receptacles are not needed. All radius-electrified panels are available with electrical pass-through only. Power in-feeds are available for both side and end connections. Also available in two lengths to accommodate floor, wall or power pole hookup. A licensed or certified electrician must always do final connection.
