All products manufactured by SJPS undergo a complete series of quality control checks with careful attention to detail and individual inspection of each and every component.
All Environment Design Series Workstations including all components are guaranteed against structural failure for a full 20 years of normal commercial use.
All electrical components are covered by a warranty of 2 years.
Normal commercial use is defined as the proper usage of the said products in a typical office environment.
Should any item fail, written notification must be sent to SJPS within 30 days of observing defect. Any damage or failure due to mistreatment or neglect is not covered by this warranty. An inspection by an authorized dealer or agent may be required to confirm details of said defect. SJPS will repair or replace (at its option) the item(s) as originally supplied for the duration of the said warranty. Under no circumstances will this warranty exceed the price of the defective goods.
Slight variances in wood stains, laminates, paint colors and fabric colors due to dye lot changes are not covered by this warranty.
