St. Johns Panel Systems warrants that if any of it's Spacemaker panels and panel components are found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, St. Johns Panel Systems will repair or replace (at it's option) the item as originally supplied for TWENTY YEARS from the original order date. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and written notifications must be sent within 30 days of observing defect. Any damage due to mistreatment or neglect is not covered by this warranty. An inspection by an authorized dealer or agent may be required to confirm details of said defect. Under no circumstances will St. Johns Panel Systems warranty exceed the price of the defective goods. Slight variances in wood stains or fabric colors due to dye lot changes are not covered by this warranty.
